Pricing is based on how many Hours your student will be taking.
Tuition is based on an ten month, 35 week schedule.
We charge a monthly rate rather than adjusting the rate each month of the year, regardless of how many classes there are in each month.
Prices are monthly prices. For example, if your student takes a one hour hip hop class once a week, it would be $69.00 a month.
- Up to One Hour $69.00
- One Hour 30 minutes $99.00
- One hour 45 Minutes $110.00
- Two Hours $130.00
- Two Hours 30 Minutes $160.00
- Two Hours 45 Minutes $175.00
- Three Hours $190.00
- Each additional Hour is $35
- Each Additional 1/2 Hour is $25
Example: 5 Hours = $190+$70=$260 Per Month
Example: 4.5 Hours = $190+$35+25=$250 Per Month
MEMBERSHIP FEE
There is one time membership fee of $35.00 that must be paid at the time of registration. If you have more than one dancer in your family the Membership fee is $40.00.
Many studios charge a yearly registration fee. At ALICATS the only time a new Membership fee will need to be paid is if you take time off of classes.
TUITION AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tuition is due by the 1st or 15th of every month. Our system will automatically register you as the 1st of the month. If you prefer the 15th please let us know.
We understand that every family is unique! Therefore, we will post tuition to your ALICATS account on the first of every month. All account not paid by the 15th of the month will be automatically drafted. We ask that you choose one at the time of registration and keep that date through the year. If you need to change the date there will be a $10.00 Fee.

- Credit Card Fees will be added to the tuition amount Drawn each time you choose to pay by credit or debit. You may pay with Cash or Check at any time, or one day BEFORE tuition is due. Auto Draft payments are not able to be stopped on the due date.
Auto Pay
On the 15th of each month, all unpaid balances will be auto charged for tuition. No additional charges will be made, ie: costumes, without your permission.
LATE FEES
Any accounts that have not been paid by the 17th of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee.
You will also not be able to come to class until your account is made current.
CANCELLATION
If at any time you wish to cancel your classes with ALICATS we just ask that you give us a written notice 30 days before your next billing cycle. If your billing falls within the 30 day notice given you are liable for that tuition. You may contact ALICATS for the Cancellation form. If you cancel on the 13th, and your tuition day is the 15th, you are still liable for the tuition on the 15th. If you wish to cancel on the 15th and not have tuition drawn, you must cancel the month before.
REFUNDS
All Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
