Tiny Tabbi/Cali Cat Show and Fall Festival 9/11
We want to invite all of our Tiny Tabbi, Cali Cat, Pop Hop, Tiny Tabbi Acro to participate in our Fall Festival and Showcase on Saturday October 5th here at the studio.
Dancer Drop Off 9:00AM
Show Time 9:30AM
Fall Festival Time: 10:00AM-12:00PM
We do this so the little ones can get prepared for the big show in January.
We will provide a t-shirt for your dancer. Please fill out the form by September 20th.

August 22nd- Access Your Parent Portal on Your Smart Phone
DanceStudio-Pro, our studio software provider, has released a DanceStudio-Pro Parent Portal app. The app has all the same functions as the web-based Parent Portal, with the added convenience of downloading it directly on your smartphone. The free app will allow you to register, pay, access your schedule, etc.
To get started:
- Download the app from the Apple store or Google Play store
- Enter your current DSP credentials
- Click “log in”
It’s that easy!
Within the App there is a feature called Studio Chat. That allows you to send us messages straight from your phone to us. We can reply to these messages. Right now we can receive text at our texting number but can not send text from that number.
We are excited to offer you this new and convenient way of engaging with us; however, if you choose not to download the app, you can continue to access our studio’s Parent Portal App through a web browser.

August 19th – Popcorn Fundraiser is Back
We’re excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for you to earn credit towards your tuition or recital package fees! ALICATS is hosting a Popcorn Fundraiser from September 5th to 8th, and the best part is, it’s incredibly easy! This was a very popular fundraiser in the spring.
Here’s how you can participate and start earning:
- Download the DoubleGood App: Visit your app store and download the DoubleGood app.
- Set Up an Account for Your Child: Create an account for your child within the app.
- Use Code FYSZOY: Connect to ALICATS by using the code ECP MWY.
- Share on Social Media: Spread the word on social media to friends and family.
- Sell, Sell, Sell: Encourage everyone to purchase delicious popcorn during the fundraiser period. September 5th-8th
This fundraiser allows you to earn a whopping 40% of your sales without the hassle of door-to-door selling or delivering products. It’s a win-win for everyone!

July 11th – Exciting Opportunity: Auxiliary Day with UGA Georgette Elise Thornhill
We are thrilled to share some exciting news! Our ALICAT Alumna, Elise Thornhill, who is now a proud member of the UGA Georgettes, is inviting ALICATS to participate in Auxiliary Day. This is an incredible opportunity for our current dancers to experience “GAME DAY” in Athens with the renowned Redcoat Marching Band. Elise’s journey from ALICAT to UGA Georgette is truly inspiring, and she is eager to give back to our community by extending this invitation.
Event Details
- Date: Saturday, September 7th, 2024
- Practice Time: 7:30 AM
- Game Time: 2:00 PM
- Location: Redcoat Band Practice Field, 5 Alumni Drive, Athens, GA 30602 (subject to change due to practice schedule)
- Price: $125.00 (includes 1 football ticket for the participant, performance t-shirt, practice session, and the chance to perform at halftime with the Redcoat Band)

Our APAC Non-Profit is selling their VIP Bundles and other items in the studio lobby this week. If you didn’t order with your tickets, drop by the studio to make your purchase. Paying with cash will eliminate any service fees.
They have a limited quantity available, so be sure to get yours before they sell out. If you miss them in the lobby this week, they will also be selling items at dress rehearsal. Don’t wait until Show Day, as you might miss out on getting what you wanted.
You do not have to be in the recital to get any of these items. Commemorate your time at ALICATS with the yearly ALICAT pin that will remind you of what you did in class. Wooden roses also have the recital theme and date on them to commemorate your year of dance at ALICATS.
